If you are not sure that your files will work for commercial printing, you can send it to us and we will review it for you for FREE! We will check your files for about a dozen different issues. Including: image resolution, bleeds, font substitution, color mode, panel size and much more!
Note: We will contact you within 24/48 hour with your results.

If you are submitting your own print ready files,
we can accept the following formats.

ACCEPTABLES FORMATS

PDF, EPS, PS, PSD, TIF, and JPG.

• Resolution must be at least 300 dpi.
• Color mode must be set to CMYK, 8 bit color.
• Gradients must not be set below 10%
• Bleeds must be 1/8 inch on each edge.
• Borders must be at least 1/4 inch.
• Fonts must be outlined.
• Text must be at least 1/8 inch inside of the cut line on all sides.
• Flatten all layers.

The absolute maximum file size you can upload is 60MB. However, we suggest using the smallest file size possible (while still maintaining image quality) to increase upload speed and to reduce the chance of errors during upload

Resolution
Your images and designs should be saved to 300 DPI at 100% of the dimensions at which they will print to ensure high quality printing results.

Color
ThePrintingPlanet.com uses the industry standard CMYK 4-color process printing. We print PMS only on selected stationery.
