Note: Before you e-mail or FTP your files you must first place an order. After you have successfully placed your order you will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail with your order number.

Note: The Order Number must be added to the folder if uploading via FTP or subject box if sending an e-mail.

If you are submitting your own print ready files,
we can accept the following formats.

ACCEPTABLES FORMATS

PDF, EPS, PS, PSD, TIF, and JPG.

• Resolution must be at least 300 dpi.
• Color mode must be set to CMYK, 8 bit color.
• Gradients must not be set below 10%
• Bleeds must be 1/8 inch on each edge.
• Borders must be at least 1/4 inch.
• Fonts must be outlined.
• Text must be at least 1/8 inch inside of the cut line on all sides.
• Flatten all layers.

The absolute maximum file size you can upload is 60MB. However, we suggest using the smallest file size possible (while still maintaining image quality) to increase upload speed and to reduce the chance of errors during upload

Resolution
Your images and designs should be saved to 300 DPI at 100% of the dimensions at which they will print to ensure high quality printing results.

Color
Theprintingplanet.com uses the industry standard CMYK 4-color process printing. We print PMS only on selected stationery.
